- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Undelivered & Returned Shipments
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt re-delivery.
- If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items.
- We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund based on our return policy.
