1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
• The item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, opened, or tampered with.
• The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
• The return is due to personal preference (e.g., scent preference).
• The item was purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return:

2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location (available in major cities) or guide you on shipping the product to our return address.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).
• The refund process may take 5-7 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

• If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
• Exchanges for a different fragrance or product are not allowed unless the item is defective.
